In-stock products are typically dispatched within one working day via a next-day delivery courier service (available for Mainland UK only, though not guaranteed).
Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this cut-off, as well as those made on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from our standard delivery service.

The standard delivery cost for any orders placed on our website for UK Mainland is £7.95, with free delivery on orders over £200 nett. This does not apply to any orders being delivered to Northern Ireland or Scottish Highlands.

If stock is not available within a short period of time or there is an extended lead time you will be contacted with this information. We aim to fulfil orders quickly and we will do our best to ensure that you are kept informed of any delays.
Delivery charges exclude bulky items such as enclosures, trunking and cable drums, which may incur an additional charge. Any orders that qualify for free carriage will not incur any additional charges.
Please note: Any orders placed over the phone or email will be subject to a delivery cost of £12.50. Order delivery is subject to your normal account Terms & Conditions. VAT is calculated on a line-by-line basis.
