Our online catalogue already contains over 13,000 of the highest quality and most innovative products in the industrial controls sector, however, we don’t plan on slowing down any time soon. We have recently added even more ranges and expanded a few of our existing offerings, to ensure our customers are being offered the best and latest products on the market.

Our most recent additions include thermostats, foot switches, general purpose relays, power supplies and monobloc pilot lights from leading manufacturers; Schneider Electric, Wieland, Lovato. Schneider Electric:

New Thalassa PLA Sizes 

Schneider Electric’s Thalassa PLA is one of our most popular ranges of floor standing enclosures. The NSYPLA IP65 electrical cabinet range is made from GRP and offers IK10 impact protection. These Schneider enclosures are weatherproof, making them perfect for outdoor applications and they are available with an open base (IP54) or with a glazed door (IK08).

The NSYPLA range has been expanded and we are now offering the GRP electrical enclosures in 620mm deep options. See the new sizes available below:

Harmony XB7 Monobloc Pilot Lights

We are also now stocking the Schneider Electric Harmony XB7 22.5mm pilot lights, which are available in a variety of colours. The XB7 monobloc LED pilot lights are rated IP65 for ingress protection and comes in 24V AC/DC, 110V AC and 230V AC options.

Please note, these Schneider pilot lights have a minimum order quantity of 10.

ClimaSys CC Thermal Control 

Another new addition from Schneider Electric is their ClimaSys CC range of thermostats, hygrostats and hygrotherms, available in electronic or mechanical varieties. Thermostats are used to measure the temperature within an electrical enclosure, hygrostats measure the humidity and hygrotherms measure both the temperature and humidity.

The new ClimaSys CC mechanical thermostats can be purchased in 0 to +60°C, +32 to +140°F and +5 to +60°C inverse options. Alternatively, the electronic thermostats can be used to measure temperatures between -40 to +80°C and the Schneider hygrostats measure humidity levels between 20 - 80%RH.

The ClimaSys CC range also includes an external temperature sensor with a temperature range of -30 to +80°C, complete with a 3m cable.

IBOCO:

New Zero Halogen Panel Trunking Size - T1-ZH-25X80G 

Slotted panel trunking is used to organise cables, protecting them from potential damage and helping you to save space within your enclosure. IBOCO offers a large range of cable management solutions, including spiral wrap, flexible ducting and slotted panel trunking, which is available in standard slot, narrow slot and zero halogen options.

IBOCO have expanded their T1-ZH open slot zero halogen panel trunking range with a new 25mm(W) x 80mm(H) size, which is available in a box of 16m (8 lengths) or 32m (16 lengths).

Lovato Electric:

KG & KR Foot Switches 

Foot switches are often more hygienic than using a hand switch and allow the user to operate machinery whilst leaving their hands free to perform other functions.

We now offer the Lovato KG range of plastic foot switches, available with snap action or slow break options, and the KR range of snap action metal foot switches. Each range also offers a choice of an open or covered body.

General Purpose Relays 

Alongside the new KG/KR foot switches, we have started offering a large selection of Lovato Electric general purpose relays, perfect for making and breaking electrical connections in a circuit. The new ranges include HR10 and HR20 slim relays, HR30 and HR50 miniature relays & HR60 and HR70 industrial relays.

Wieland:

wipos PS1/PS3 COMPACT LINE & PB1 BUILDING LINE Power Supplies

Lastly, we have added some new switch mode power supplies from Wieland’s wipos range to our catalogue, the COMPACT LINE and BUILDING LINE. Each compensates for voltage drops and boasts high operational reliability, with 100% performance in temperatures up to 60°C.

COMPACT LINE 
PS1 and PS3 are robust power supplies that can be used in a large choice of applications where space is limited, including those in harsher environments. PS1 and PS3 offer an output power of 30–960W and has an adjustable output voltage (21.6-27.6VDC for PS1 and 22.5-29.5VDC for PS3) to compensate for any voltage drops.

BUILDING LINE
Wieland’s wipos PB1 BUILDING LINE, on the other hand, the modular design is especially suited for use within distribution boxes and control panels, offering long mains failure bridging times to installations. PB1 offers an output power of 7.5W–100W and an adjustable output voltage of 5–24VDC.
